Orders
- All items are handmade, so slight variations are part of their charm.
- Payment is required at checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when it ships.

Shipping
- We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days.
- We only ship within the UK.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or adverse weather.

Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unused and in original condition.
- Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
